Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H, and Incoloy 800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys known for their excellent resistance to high-temperature corrosion and oxidation. They are commonly used in applications that require high-temperature strength and exceptional corrosion resistance.
Incoloy 800 Seamless Pipes (UNS N08800) is a combination of nickel and chromium alloy that has excellent tensile strength and resistance to oxidation as well as carburization properties. Incoloy 800H Welded Pipes (UNS N08810) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that is part of the family of 800 series of alloy. Incoloy 800HT Pipes (UNS N08811) is a controlled composition derivative of INCOLOY alloy 800H and is used for the same creep resistant applications, however the combined effects of mechanical and thermal processing of the alloy permit higher design stresses to be incorporated than are permitted for the conventional alloy. These Incoloy 800 ERW Pipes are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature exposure. Incoloy 800H EFW Pipes is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with moderate strength and good resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. Incoloy 800HT Round Pipes has resistance to prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. Another important feature of Incoloy 800 Pipes is excellent resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking. Incoloy 800H Pipes is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy having the same basic composition as Incoloy 800, with significantly higher creep rupture strength. Meanwhile, these Incoloy 800HT Pipes are also being offered in different sizes and shapes to our customers.
These Incoloy alloys are available in various forms, including seamless and welded pipes and tubes. They are known for their exceptional corrosion resistance in both reducing and oxidizing environments, making them versatile choices for a wide range of industries. When selecting the appropriate grade (800, 800H, or 800HT), it’s crucial to consider the specific temperature and environmental conditions of your application to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
