Nickel 200/201 Pipes & Tubes

Nickel 200/201 Pipes & Tubes

Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 are two high-purity, solid-solution nickel alloys known for their exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in reducing environments. They are commonly used in various industrial applications, including the production of pipes and tubes.

Nickel 200/201 pipes and tubes are primarily used in various industries where exceptional corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability are required. These grades are commonly used in chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, and aerospace applications due to their excellent resistance to corrosive environments and ability to maintain mechanical integrity at elevated temperatures.

Nickel 200/201 Pipes & Tubes

Nickel alloy pipes and tubes are being sourced by using high quality of raw materials, to make highest quality of industry standard products. Ally 200 seamless nickel pipes is made up from commercially untainted bent nickel, by means of having first-rate mechanical characteristics and remarkable resistance to quite a lot of corrosives.

Typical applications of alloy 201 seamless nickel pipes include an array of processing equipment, mainly to preserve the purity of product in synthetic fibers, alkalies and handling foods. Also referred as UNS SN02200, nickel 200 pipes are extremely resistant to different reducing chemicals. UNS SN02201, admirable resistance to mordant alkalies. Nickel alloy 200 or 201 pipes and tubes can further be customized in terms of sizes and thicknesses as per specific requirements given by our esteemed clients.
